The Silver Step Social Sequence Dancing group has been welcoming people in Preston since 1996, nearly three decades of music, movement and community spirit at Catherine Beckett Community Centre.
Each Wednesday session brings together people of all abilities for an afternoon of social sequence dancing, where partners step to familiar rhythms in a lively and uplifting atmosphere. Whether you're an experienced dancer or stepping out for the first time, you'll feel right at home.
Beyond the dancing, the sessions offer a wonderful chance to socialise, enjoy refreshments and share moments of joy together, a reminder of how dance can bring people closer and lift spirits.
